Monday 6:51 am: munching on brochli...things quiet here..crazy sto9rms outside..hope fellow suirrels safe & drying out in nests...too "rambunchous sund....scratched buddy steve while grabbing new Hazel nuts...finally got "human" to take E>T> " Zoey" out for walk..tahts when I'm " king" of my castle...running just about everywhere..Steve's too slow to head me off...give hime crdit..at his advanced age,,60+..lousy physical shape...did you know he was born " defective""" to quote the " EX"...don't get me wrong..his shirt pockets are great places to hide nuts..even if i'm too fat to climb..used to sleep there..ah..yes..rember it well, my left eye opened while still a "pinky"..to find him holdong me..where was ma with my breakfast??????..that crazy psycho bird Petey..still miss him..almost grabbed him 1st time jumped on steve's shoulder..man..did that bird  throw it into reverse...he was gone in less than 1 second....he was a cool " band leader", why did they play "stairway" so dam loud.!!!!!!!!!......snack time officially over..back to bed...yawn...see ya later..alligator......ZZZZZZZZZ

Wed. the 18th day of april: very dewpressing had to lay to rest 2 special friends. sadly, found lying along roadside, murdered by reckless "nut" drivers; unable to halt this carnage; only " humans " acan alter driving habits and slow down, watching for stray wildlife dashing into streets; why are " people " always in a " state of perpetual " rush ", distracted by cell phones, radios, & needless chatter , while driving too fast..how would they feel if their child was run over while crossing street to school or home???? We " critters " do bleed & feel pain, just like people!!!!!! Must clear my eyes & mind. no appetite now, so i'll eek solace w/my human companions..try to cheer up watching " foolish" Zoey once again emgaing in his silly "ritual"{ here come some "little critters" to bark at & chase against the glass. If one gets wisdomm w/age, why don't i feel "enligthened " ? Why don't drivers in  humane driving practices?????? RATS>>Que sera sera..Que lastima !!!!!

1st time ever...boy, where have all the " nuts" gone...gone to heaven...heck no..gone to heck in a bread basket..by gosh,no way..gone to 2 places i can see from my lofty perch...either driving wildly down my street, killing helpless little "critters" at their feet, or become registered "
TEA PARTY" members...Squirrrels don't have the "VOTE ", come on people,come on now, be the 1st one on your block to get out the vote....{ remember the old Country Joe Fish ditty bout "NAM"...} well, i don't sing, or dance, just prance, however, my bud writes some really neat stuff he plays along to...too bad i can't chew his bow, nibble his keypads, or scamper along those "ivories', just like Mighty Petey, may he rest in peace, the former " LEADER OF THE BAND"....PS> that spot still vacant, as Zoey unable to figure how to tickle those ivories and bark in tune simultaneously.. time for a snooze.......ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
